The Patō is a modern electric drum. The Patō is similar to the traditional lali.
In Racheal Hall's last year of university she wanted to make an instrument that sounded similar to the traditional lali in order to connect back to her tongan heritage.
Racheal Hall started to draw her plans and came up with many models of the drum and picked the Patō.
Racheal Hall is currently trying to make more Patō on a daily schedule.
