“Conversations” Direct Speech| Writing

Direct speech is exactly what a person has said. A conversation is more than one person speaking.

Open the speaker's line with one speech mark. After that write what one character is saying, then add a punctuation. After that close the line by using another speech mark.

Next write who is talking with a speech word like: 'questioned', 'growled', 'yelled', 'asked' and etc.

Remember to create another line for each speaker, so the reader know's who is talking.

LI: To write conversations.
