Team Work

Teamwork is a term to describe a group of people working together to achieve a goal.

Teamwork conists of three main mechanisms.

Communication is talking to each other. An example of what communication is in dodgeball is when a team member's name gets called out to pass the ball.

Cooperation is working together for a common purpose or benefit. An example of collaboration is when the whole team works together to try and win the game.

Collaboration is working together. An example of what collaboration is in dodgeball is when someone throws the ball at someone and they are warned by their teamates.

To be succsessful as a team all three mechanisms need to be implemented throughout the activity.
